For participants living in SIL, Little Lantern Group can provide an integrated approach where community nursing, High Intensity personal care, and everyday disability support work together around the participant.
Our nurses can provide clinical assessment, care planning, education, and appropriate clinical oversight, while our highly trained support workers provide day-to-day assistance in accordance with the participant’s established care requirements and support plan.
This collaborative approach helps promote consistency, communication, and confidence, particularly for participants with complex physical, neurological, or cognitive needs, including those living with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and other significant disabilities.
We understand that receiving nursing care can be a vulnerable experience. That is why our approach is built on respect, trust, privacy, and genuine human connection.
We take the time to understand what matters to each participant, how they want to live, and what is important to their wellbeing. Our nurses work with participants—not simply for them—to support choice, build confidence, and encourage greater independence wherever possible.
