We have well-trained and experienced support workers who are skilled in manual handling and the safe use of hoists and mobility equipment. Our staff are competent in handling hoist transfers for participants with high physical support needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and compliance with best practice standards. Safety and proper technique are always prioritised to protect both participants and staff.
